RaceMetrics RC provides:

• RC racing results aggregation and analytics
• Race performance tracking and statistics
• AI-powered race summaries and insights
• Social media integration for sharing race content
• Venue information and racing schedules
• Driver performance analytics
• An interactive map of UK race tracks and clubs, with filtering by class, surface, facilities, and distance from your location
• A community-contribution form (per-venue) for suggesting venue information — including the venue's website and social media links, street address, postcode, and BRCA club page URL — all subject to administrator review before being applied to the public venue record

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

While most of our services are available without registration, certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

When contributing information through the Submit Venue Info form (or any other community-contribution feature), you additionally agree that:

• You will only submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share the information you submit (for example, you are not submitting a private address that the venue has not chosen to publish)
• Submissions may be edited, accepted, or rejected by an administrator at our sole discretion, and there is no obligation on us to apply any specific submission to a venue record

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RaceMetrics RC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Racing Data: Race results, lap times, championship standings, and related data displayed on our Service are aggregated from publicly available sources including (but not limited to) rc-results.com, rcresults.org (the bbkRClive system), and the BRCA (British Radio Car Association) club directory at brca.org. We are an aggregator and analytics layer; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these sources. The underlying data may be subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective venues, clubs, timing-system operators, and governing bodies. If you are a rights holder and want data removed or corrected, contact us via the bug-report form and we will act in good faith.

User Submissions: Any content you submit to us through the Submit Venue Info form or similar community-contribution surfaces (including, but not limited to, venue websites, social media links, BRCA club page URLs, street addresses, and postcodes) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, modify, display, and use such content in connection with our Service. You retain whatever rights you hold in your submission; we do not claim ownership of it.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Social Media Integration

Our Service may automatically post racing content to social media platforms such as Facebook. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may share publicly available racing information on our social media accounts
• Such posts may include race results, images, and AI-generated summaries
• Social media platforms have their own terms of service
• We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party social media platforms

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kinds, either express or implied.

Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate racing information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data displayed.

Availability: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RaceMetrics RC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
